ER Visit~

So 3am Tuesday morning i woke up in horrible pain...The whole left side of my face was swollen && it felt like someone was drilling thru my ear canal into my jaw bone...I was crying my eyes out i was in such bad pain...Poor Ava Bean woke up && didnt know what 2 do cuz i was crying so hard...I called everyone looking for a ride 2 the hospital && a sitter 4 Ava...Finally around 7am my Bro-in-Law sent me a text and asked if everything was ok and that they would watch the tot...My Grandpa took me 2 the ER && I got there around 8am...They took me 2 triage right away && got me back into a room cuz i had been having a fever of 102 && i also hadnt felt the baby move much in the past couple days...My blood pressure was 130/95 which is really high for me...They got me settled in a room then moved me upstairs 2 monitor the baby 4 a lil while...The baby was fine i just wasnt feeling the movement because of the pain i was in...So i went back downstairs && the Dr finally checked me...He gave me some pain meds && ordered  a blood && urine test...So they took my blood && i peed in a cup then waited for them 2 let me know what was goin on...Turns out i have a horribly infected tooth which has spread into my ear && jaw...They also found keytones && blood in my urine which could indicate gestational diabetis...I have 2 take 4 antibiotics a day plus pain meds as needed...It blows...On the bright side tho my friend Jessie told me about the Dentist she saw when she was preggo && I have an appt there Monday...They cant pull my tooth till the infection has cleared up but its good 2 know that the bastard tooth will be gone soon && I cant wait

Glucose Test && Surprise Dr Appt~

So Yesterday i had a full day with my Bestest && Ava Bean...Andrea took me 2 have my glucose test && prenatal bloodwork done...We left my house around 8:30am && got 2 the office about 20min b4 they opened lol...We went in and waited a few minutes...Then they gave me that NASTY glucose drink ewwwwwwwww....I chugged that down so i could be done with it...The nurse told me Dr Bowers wanted 2 see me so that kinds surprised me cuz i didnt have an appt with him...So they called me back...The nurse came in and checked my blood pressure which Ava Bean didnt like @ all lol...Its down a lil 120/75 but still high for me the nurse reassured me that it was only cuz i was in pain from my damn jaw...Then she checked the babies heart rate && Ava really hated that lol...Dr Bowers came in && saw me...He just wanted 2 make sure i was doin ok...I asked him when he was gonna induce me && he said "The last week of Oct." So Nick is gonna have an early b-day gift lol...Then i mentioned the keytones && blood the ER had found in my urine && he said "It could be from me not eating enough && some women just have them in their urine during pregnancy"...Then i told him if i had 2 have a c-section i wanted a tubal ligation...He tried 2 talk me out of it by saying the IUD is as effective and it easier 2 take out because the tubal ligation is permanent...He also told me that he put an IUD in his wife and he if didnt think it was effective he wouldnt have dont that...So either way NO MORE BABIES 4 ME!!!...I have 2 start seeing the Dr every 2 weeks now...Oh joy Hes a great Dr i just hate having 2 be @ his office sooooo much lol...We went back out into the waiting room 4 a few minutes cuz it wasnt time 2 have my blood taken yet...The waiting room was jammed full so we had 2 stand...They called me back and got my blood then i stopped @ the window 2 schedule my next appt && sign the tubal consent papers...Well it took them a minute 2 bring me the consent paper && i started 2 feel woozy && lightheaded...I told the nurse && she pulled me down the hallway sat me down got me some cold water && fanned me off...It was scary but i know it was from me not eating all morning plus im on medication  i have a horrible infection && they had just taken my blood...I was still quite embarrassed tho....

Fetal Growth Ultrasound~

So we got 2 my ultrasound appt...There was like no one in the waiting room && Ava was being a goofball...She was gettin into Andreas purse && throwing everything on the floor then laughin about it...She put Andreas sunglasses on then she was repeating what Andrea was sayin while she was on the phone...I was crackin up...Then i got called back...The ultrasound tech thought she was checking the babies heart but the ultrasound orders got wrote backwards...It was supposed 2 say "Fetal Growth Ultrasound-Cardiac History"...It said "Fetal Cardiac History" lol...So we got that figured out...Then she started 2 measure the baby who was not cooperating @ all...The baby had its legs up over its head && its hands over its face which made it nearly impossible 2 measure...Then i got all light headed && short of breath again so the lady made me roll onto my side...She finished then called Andrea && Ava Bean back into the room...Ava didnt know how 2 react she just looked kinda confused && Andrea was like AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!....I had 2 sit up tho so i didnt pass out but i got a few good pix...I have 2 go every 4 weeks till i have the baby just 2 make sure the baby is growing normally

Girls Day~

So we went and did all the Dr stuff then we hit up McDonalds cuz i was STARVING!!...Ava Bean had her 1st McDonalds experience 2day...She loves her some McNuggets lol...I took a couple pics it was really cute...Andrea cracked me up...She hit her horn with her boob on accident && made herself jump then she kinda sat on my purse and jumped up like a crazy woman...I was laughin my ass off...Im so lucky 2 have such a fabulous best friend

Ava Bean~

So lil miss terror tot is doing new stuff everyday...She can go UP && DOWN the stairs all by herself now...She talks like a lil maniac...She lets me know when she wants something...She brings me diapers when she needs changed...Shes soooo smart && I cant wait 2 see how she does as a big sister i bet shes gonna be amazing...

My Birthday~So i am doin stuff on my Bday...Nick is takin me out while his Mom watches the tot...Then im goin 2 my Grammas 2 have cake && Andrea && I are gonna hang and look thru her clothes cuz i need 2 borrow a top 4 the baby shower...Im feeling slightly better about my birthday
