For those who have there kid/s in a bedtime routine what is it...? And what time do they go to sleep....please comment with the info like there age/s, sleep time and what time they get up...
My daughter is 11 1/2 months
Bath, Massage, Bottle & Bed
8.00pm sleep till 6.30-7.00am

My daughter is 11 months old, ive now started cutting down the time she has her dummy and only using it for sleep and if shes really unsettled. How did everyone else break the habit and at what age..?
