My son is already in love with his lil' brother or sister. Although if you ask him he'll tell you its his little sister. No questions. He's always wanting to put lotion on my tummy cuz the baby likes it, he kisses the baby and says good night its so cute. My question is... He and I want him to be there when I have the baby and I think it a good idea for him to see this lil life being brought into the world. He's watched a baby story with me many times and is in aw over these babies. Not disgusted or worried nothing. I know with mommy it will be different and I'm going to have someone there just for him. If he cant handle it, that person can remove him from the room if it gets to much and be there to reassure him everything will be okay. What do you think?

I'm trying to decide if giving my unborn baby the fathers last name or mine is the right choice.
The father and I arent together because he cheated on me and I left. He has'nt called to find out how the baby is or my self or anything. I've been on bed rest for the past month and a half, he knows this and that things arn't going all to well. My last name is the same as my 5 year old sons and my exhusbands. Should I talk to my ex-husband about this? Ask what he thinks? Do I give the baby his/her fathers last name or mine? Can you tell me why you choose what you did please?

I can't quite narrow it down when it comes to my unborn babys name be it boy or girl. I'm always looking at new names and here is my recent list!
My 5year old is Connor O'Ryelee Daniel.
I think I'll be giving this baby my last name instead of the fathers because he isnt around anyway. (Thats another poll in its-self.) The baby will have Daniel as a last name... My exhusbands name!
