So I'm finally figuring out where I stand in all of this pregnancy/motherhood stuff enough to actually write anything about myself here. I don't have any kids, but I totally want them and I totally want to be a mom. As much as one can be ready to be a parent, I feel like I am as ready as I'll ever be. The only thing standing in my way is the fact that I've been on birth control for the past eight years, but this will be my last month. W00t! I'm planning on taking at least a few months to get a regular cycle, so maybe I'll be trying to conceive within the year.
So, there you go, that's where I am now.
