About bellyHood's Photo Contest 

Photo Contest

Winners

Share the wonderful moments captured on film with the rest of the bellyHood community and participate in our new photo contests being held every month! Submit your favorite photos to any and all of the following four categories:

Cutest Pregnant Belly Photo
Cutest Infant Photo
Cutest Toddler Photo
Cutest Child Photo

 
Winning photos will be displayed on bellyHood.com's main page for the entire month!  Winners for each category will also be eligible to participate in our annual photo contest for a chance to win a $100 Prize!

So dig up and dust off your old photos, or get your cameras out. Starting this month and every month make your little stars shine! 
 

How to Enter

Unfortunately, we are not accepting additional photo entries at this time.  Please check back soon! 
Simply send an email to photocontest@bellyhood.com.

You MUST include the following information along with your photo/s:

1. Subject's Name (name of person in Photo)
2. Subject's Age
3. Subject's Sex
4. Your email address (used to login to your bellyhood account)
5. Your bellyHood username
6. A brief description of your photo/s, to be displayed with your photo. (Optional)
   
   Note: If you are submitting multiple entries, be sure to clearly indicate which photo is being entered for which category. Entries must be received by the last day of the month, by 5:00 p.m. EST.
    

Number of Entries

You may submit only one photo per category per contest per month.
 

Age Restrictions

Cutest Infant Photo: between 0-12 months old.
Cutest Toddler Photo: between the ages of 1 and 2.
Cutest Child Photo: between the ages of 3 and 9.
Cutest Pregnant Belly Photo: no age restriction.

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Must be a registered bellyHood member to enter.



Photo Formats

Photos should be submitted in JPG, GIF or BMP format. File sizes must be less
than 500K per image.


Photographer/Copyright

Entries must be submitted by the original photographer or photo owner. Do not submit a photo taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.



Photo Subject Restrictions

Photos must be appropriate for posting on bellyHood.com. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. bellyHood retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.


Ownership/Use Rights

Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs. By entering the contest, photographers agree to have their submitted photograph displayed on bellyhood.com without any fee or other form of compensation, and agree that bellyHood may display winning photos in a "past winners" photo gallery and may make and retain copies of the photograph for archival purposes. Entrants agree that bellyHood, Inc. may contact them to obtain permission for use of photos.
Entries will never be used by bellyHood in any manner for advertising or sale. In the event that ownership of any photograph submitted to bellyHood is contested in any manner, bellyHood retains the discretion to disqualify that photograph and discontinue use of the photograph.


Judging/Voting

Voting may be performed by any bellyHood registered member.


Winners

Winners will be determined by the highest number of votes and highest rating. Winners will be contacted via email.

bellyHood, Inc. is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Furthermore, bellyHood, Inc. is not responsible for: (i) lost, misdirected, misplaced, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or late entries or (ii) any act, failure to act, or delay regarding the transmitting or processing of entries. bellyHood, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend all or any portion of this contest without notice if factors beyond bellyHood, Inc.'s control, including technical difficulties, disrupt or corrupt the fair or secure administration or operation of the contest. Void where prohibited. bellyHood, Inc. is entitled to interpret these rules as needed and its decisions are final. bellyHood, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that bellyHood, Inc. has reason to believe is not the original work of entrant, or does not otherwise meet the contest rules. If a winner is disqualified or determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected using the same judging process/criteria described above. Alternate winners are subject to all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless bellyHood, Inc. and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this contest, including infringement of intellectual property rights. bellyHood, Inc. and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from this contest.

Prior to the beginning of each contest, you will be provided with code to the below sample tickers to promote your photo/s! Tickers will be linked directly to each photo/s entered.
