Where do I begin..... I am married and have been divorced once. From both marriages I have 2 biological children and 4 step children for a total of 4 girls and 2 boys. I became a grandmother last year by my oldest stepdaughter.
I don't like to refer to them as my step children because that term or phrase has always seemed really cold to me so i prefer to think of them as my own. I am truly blessed.
I was born and raised in Southern California. I am adopted. I served in the U S Navy for 8 years as a corpsman.
I currently own a race car with my Husband Gordon who also drives the car. We go to local tracks and race on the weekends, our little girl wants to be a race car driver just like her daddy. We have been in the racing circuit for 5 years now, but my husband has been driving a race car for about 10-12 years total.
Having been and being a part of 2 blended families in the role of "mom" has truly been a challenge, it definitely has its ups and downs not to mention trials and tribulations, but well worth every minute of it.

My children bar none are my inspiration.
It is their smiles, hugs, kisses, and sweet words that make it all worth while. With the addition to the family of a granddaughter Lily Kristine, I am even more rich in blessings than I could ever have thought.

I enjoy spending time with my children, taking my race car to local tracks on weekends, watching the nascar races, listening to music, playing on the internet with my 4 year old, who also can operate a computer fully from log on to going on the internet to using her book marks and going to the sites she likes and has been doing this for about a year and a half now, as well as going on walks with her, going swimming with her in the pool teaching her how to swim, and getting ready to send my 18 year old into the reality of adulthood, wow, where does the time go.....?
