Im 34 weeks pregnant & having what I would call menstral cramping. I'm not sure if its something I should be worried about or if its just stretching. I have already been to the hospital once with contractions when I was 27 weeks pregnant, but this time Im having menstral cramping & back pain. I'm just wondering what it could possible be. Also I have been getting sick & feeling very light headed & having the feeling of fainting..

You may be experiencing Braxton-Hicks contractions, or just feeling the stretching that occurs as your baby and your uterus continue to grow; but it is always safer to call the doctor or go back to the hospital to be checked again if the cramping continues. There is no need to feel embarassed about these "false alarms." They would much rather have you come in and go home again than to go into early labor and not come in. Please check with your doctor or hospital if you are still having the cramping, and keep us posted.
