fetal movement

i am 30 weeks pregnant and my little soccer player isnt moving hardley anymore i get maybe one kick an hour maybe 2 but he use to be so fiesty in there i never got a break i was monitered about a week ago and he was fine but i have been taking tylenol for a killer toothacche and a antibiotic for strep b could somthing of happend to him should i be worried

They say as long as u are feeling 10 kicks within one day you baby is fine!! my doctor told me if I dont feel atleast 10 kicks then to call asap! But just think it is getting a lot smaller in there and your baby probably doesnt have as much room..

Your baby has much less room to move around, and it is normal that he is becoming less active. You will also notice that he seems to be more active at certain times of the day, and then to "sleep" at other times. Mamma Dee is right - you should notify your doctor if you do not feel about 10-12 "kicks" or movements in a 24 hour period. He will probably order a stress test to stimulate your baby's activity while monitoring  his heartbeat.
