im about, 14 week-16 week, i still dont know yet, it safe for me to hold Heath?

Yes, you can hold Heath throughout your pregnancy. As long as you stay healthy and are not at risk of premature labor, you should be able to continue caring normally for him.

You can hold your child while pregnant. Normally the guidlines is to not lift things that are heavier than you are use to.

We are often told that anything that causes you to strain your abdominal muscles is too heavy...now how many of us ladies have toddlers??? Not always the most reliable 'guide'.
When lifting Heath, keep your feet shoulder width apart, bend your knees (not your back) and hold him close to your body as you use your LEGS to raise the weight until you're stood. This minimises strain on your back and your abdomen. better still, sit on the floor so he can come and climb onto your lap for a cuddle :~)
