I'm 31 weeks pregnant and i was woken up last night because i was having this really bad pain.. i just thought i had to pee really bad. so i drug myself outta bed and went to the bathroom, well turns out i'm bleeding?! it wasn't really bad but enough to make me worry.. i went back to bed n said i would worry about it in the morning, well, it's still there, it's not as bad as it was last night... but i dunno if i should be worried or not??? HELP before I freak myself out.

Yes. Call your doctor and report exactly what is going on. There are a number of things that can cause bleeding at this point in your pregnancy and your doctor or midwife are the ones to assess the situation for you. Please let us know what happens.

i called my doctors office n they said a nurse would be callin me back in a few minutes n its been almost an hour! ughh!

well the nurse called back n said the pain was prob just round ligament stretching but she has to talk to the doctor about the bleeding and call me back.. so, now i sit and wait again... what fun lol

Were you able to talk to your doctor or to hear back from him today? Is the bleeding continuing, or has it stopped? Please let us know. :-)

no, my doctor never called me back. and the bleeding has stopped but i was hoping to hear back from him so that he could tell me what to do if it happens again tonight... and to tell me what it could be. i'm still freaked out about it because i still have no clue was it was from.

If the bleeding starts up again, call the after hours number and tell them to have the doctor call you back. I 'm sorry you've had a stressful day over this. All the best!
