so i need some advice because i have no idea what to do so any advice id appreciate it well my daughter is 10 months old and has had a cough and running nose since sept 5th well 4 days ago she started spiking a fever of 102.8 and has been going up and down with the tylenol i had her in the docs today and they gave her an antibotic i gave her one dose already but she still is not eating and ive tried almost every way to get somthing in her she has only had 2 wet diapers today all she does is cry and want held all the time and even while holding her she just cries should i take her to the er to get iv fluids or keep waiting a little longer i just dont want her in pain i dont know what to do

Call the doctor who saw her and ordered the antibiotics. If it is after office hours, call his answering service and ask that he call you back. Then tell him exactly what is going on. Meanwhile, keep giving the medications the doctor ordered. Let us know how she is doing. :-)
