Congrats. I am 12 weeks 4 days and we didn't expect it. We are so excited. I have a tilted uterus too.

I have a tilted uterus and so doesn't like almost all of the women on my maternal side. I think that may have something to do with the fact that I had extreme back labor. It literally felt like my back was breaking. The pain in my uterus was nothing to what I was feeling along my lower back.

ya, I deal with a few things that I wonder if its due to my tilted uterus, My doc that I had with aby says it tilts back to normal while prego. But I don't believe it. does sex hurt a little more for anyone who has a tilted uterus while pregnant? thank you lynze!

I have a tilted uterus as well & i'm 23 weeks pregnant.... sex does hurt a little more while pregnant with a tilted uterus, atleast for me it does.. It would hurt every once in a while before i was pregnant but not as much or as often as it does now that i am.

I am with you CarLeeN, I have to have 6monthly to yearly pap smears and I find that it makes having them very painful too as they have to move my cervix to get the swabs they need.

Yeah, agreed with the two other posters, sex is pretty uncomfortable now that there's added weight in there pushing down. Cervical exams (checking for dilation, pap smears, you name it) hurt soo bad for me that I cry, and they're only checking to see if I'm dilated! lol. It sucks, but what can you do, you know?

lol That's why this time round I am opting for an Epidural, I was in agony having my first two and wonder if it was the cervical problems that were causing it so this time round I would like to enjoy delivering my baby. They have to peel me off the ceiling when I have internal exams lol

thats weird my paps smear never really hurt, are unless their taking a chunk of skin down their, I will look out for the pain lol.
