Unless your doctor has told you to avoid sex for any reason during pregnancy, it should be OK. You should be careful about putting anything into your vagina, but other than that it should not be a problem.

Oh can I also add that it is important that you clean and dry them properly between uses and ensure that you don't transfer them from anus to vagina without being thoroughly cleaned so that you reduce the risk of cross contamination or UTI's.
