I am glad to hear you are still breastfeeding your baby. It may be that you still have some engorgement (swelling) in your breasts, which should disappear in a few days if you keep breastfeeding your baby for all feedings. Most women will produce milk fairly equally on both sides if the baby feeds on both breasts; however, some women have one breast that makes milk more easily than the other. This is not a problem, since your breasts will make all of the milk your baby needs, even if one side makes more milk than the other. Right now, I would encourage you to keep nursing your baby on both breasts. You can either offer one breast per feeding or feed on both sides each time. In a couple of weeks your milk production will probably even out, and you will find a pattern of feeding that keeps you comfortable and your baby satisfies. I hope this answers your question.

I would continue to feed your baby on both breasts. You can do one side for one feeding, and the other side for the next feeding if you want to. Most likely your breasts will even out in a few days. If they don't, just keep breastfeeding your baby, and your milk supply will adjust itself. Eventually, your breasts should go back to whatever size is normal for you.
