Today I received a call from my OBGYN and she said that the results of my ultrasound from yesterday showed that my baby's heart was under developed and smaller than it should be... She said that she was going to send me into a high risk clinic for women are high risk pregnancies so that they can do another ultrasound to take a better look at my baby's heart. She said that they want to closely monitor it's developement. Since she called me earlier today I have been so worried. No one in my family or the father's family has a history of any heart problems. I really hope and pray that our baby is okay. I'm not sure what exactly they are going to do yet but I'm supposed to get a call from a high risk clinic and have an appointment scheduled with them soon. I will keep everyone updated though. Btw, the doctor had said that our baby's heart rate was very healthy at 161 BPM it was just smaller than usual. I was also wonder if anyone else had ever had this problem happen to them? I really hope she is okay!! Please everyone, keep my baby girl in your thoughts! That would be very much appreciated!
