I know what you mean but the good thing is there is always someone who replies. Because of the time difference sometimes I am the first to reply, others I am last.

I agree, I think there are enough of us to be close knit and not too few to be cliquey. Plus its nice to feel that you know a bit about each person and their life which makes it easier to give advice.
