WELL I AM MARRIED AND DURING ME AND MY HUSBAND SEPARATION PERIOD I GOT PREGNANT BY ANOTHER MAN ME AND MY HUSBAND GOT BACK TOGETHER WHEN I WAS 7 MONTHS PREGNANT THE BIO FATHER OF THE CHILD IS NOW SEEKING SOLE CUSTODY OF MY DAUGHTER AND NOT FOR THE RIGHT REASON I HAVENT HEARD FROM THE BIO FATHER SINCE I WAS 6 MONTHS PREGNANT AND NOW ALL SUDDEN HE UPSET WITH ME BECAUSE MY HUSBAND NAME IS ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATION AND SHE HAS OUR LAST NAME SO WHEN HE FOUND THAT OUT NOW HE ONCE TO BECOME THE FATHER HE HAS DONE NOTHING AT ALL FOR MY DAUGHTER SINCE SHE WAS BORN AND NOW HE SPREADING ALL THESES LIES AND RUMORS ABOUT HOW I AM TERRIABLE MOTHER AND PERSON THAT I AM VIOLENT AND I JUST AT MY WHIT END DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO THE BIO FATHER HAS NO JOB HE LIVES WITH HIS GRANDPARENTS AND HE CANT TAKE CARE OF HIMSELF LET ALONE A BABY BOTH ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE CONTESTING THE CUSTODY HEARING AND DRAINING US EMOTIONALLY AND FINIANCALLY SEEMING HOW OUR LAWYER COST UP 6000 WHILE HE GOT A FREE LEGAL AID LAWYER BECAUSE HE DOESNT HAVE THE MONEY AND TODAY I FOUND OUT WEN HE HAS THE BABY FOR HIS COUPLE WEEKS WITH HER SO ORDER A JUDGE HE ACTUALLY LEAVES HER WITH HIS MOTHER AND FATHER AND ONLY SEE HER ON THE WEEKEND THATS FREAKING IRRESPONDABLE OF HIM JUST TO DUMP HER OFF LIKE THAT............ BASICALLY I AM JUST LOOKING FOR SOME ADVICE

Keep notes on everything! Just get a notebook and write down anything and everything that involves him. Only things you can prove, not what you've heard. He'll never get sole custody unless he can prove you're an unfit mother and he can provide better for her. Unfortunately he will get some visitation, but maybe he'll mature some and she can actually know her father.

Well it will help you a lot that he has not done anything or talked to you in so long, and actually when you are married at least in the state I live in your husband's name goes on the birth certificate automatically even if it is another man's doesn't matter what the situation is, and the only reason I know that is cause when they gave me the info about the birth certificate it said that on there.....but like Mrs. Lux said get a notebook and write down Everything!!! And actually from the sound of it you have a really good chance to get full custody and him not get hardly any visitation until he cleans his act up....Also, every time that you find out that he is not there spending time with her I would write it down and ask your lawyer if you should report it to the police, or maybe find out where he goes.....I am sorry that you are having all these problems....Good Luck!
